How to get started

In order to receive insurance funded ABA, your child will need an Autism diagnosis within the last 36 months. If your evaluation has expired, check with your specific insurance company on the requirements for re-diagnostic evaluation. 

We currently accept the following insurances: 

• BCBS PPO
• Medicad: BCBS Community
• Cigna
• Aetna
• UHC

We currently provide ABA therapy in home in the Chicago-land Suburbs including, but not limited to: 

• Naperville
• Aurora
• Bolingbrook
• Joilet
• Woodridge

1. Intake Call
2. Complete initial paperwork
3. Schedule Initial Evaluation (1 hour Interview with Parent & 1 hour Assessment with Child) with BCBA
4. BCBA will complete assessment report & submit to insurance (about 2 weeks)
5. Approval from insurance may take up to to 3 weeks

The process to get started, may take 4-6 weeks depending on insurance, and staff availability. We understand that this may be difficult, however, we are here to help support you through this journey.
